New to fitness and nutrition? Do you want to look and feel better? Don't know where to start?  Well we got the thing for you. Our 80/20 project will be a guide, a guide for nutrition and fitness.
We got  this idea from walking into the gym and seeing teenagers walking around aimlessly, exercising with bad form, and hearing the spew out 'Bro-science'.Bro-science are myths usually conceived by bros , such myths like 'I don't want to lift weights , i'll be to big and bulky' And 'Dont eat carbs after 6 ' . Novice's also have huge unreachable goals.Such as getting a 6pack by the end of the month or week, gain 20 pounds of muscle in 30 days. these are totally unreachable unless using steroids.
