Progress!

I have been exporting the Chapters as PDFs. Everything is going pretty smooth. I even made the cover pretty well. Feels good being on the right track.

The speech is coming along pretty well. Its tough thinking of the right things to say and in what order but we're trying our best! We plan on making a memorable speech with a great end product!

It's tough writing the "Nutrition" section of our guide, there's a lot of information out there. We are doing our best getting the best info about nutrient density, macros, and calories!

Update

Well, it has been a hard week. Writing this guide isn't as easy as it seems. Plus, my partner was pretty ill for two weeks. At least he's doing better now.
Its hard writing a guide trying to explain, almost teach, something without using jargon specific words. I feel like if i mess up in my guide, the people who read it can get injured, mess up and all this stuff.

Anyways here is a funny video of my brother trying to go hard lol. This was like a year ago. This is why you need a spotter, Safety first!
